The information on this page is part of the Terms and Conditions of acquiring and licensing SQL for ArcGIS® Pro. Do not acquire SQL for ArcGIS Pro if you do not agree to these terms and conditions and procedures.
SQL for ArcGIS Pro is delivered by download from the Product Downloads page. Downloads are free and do not require environmentally negative activities as do physical shipments. Be green!
Some products such as technical support service products are neither shipped nor downloaded. For example, tech support products generate one or more support tokens that are emailed to the purchaser and are neither shipped nor downloaded.
Valid Email Address Required
You must provide a valid email address when ordering via the Online Store. This email address is used to send an email containing download instructions and the serial number required for SQL for ArcGIS Pro, and to send the invoice with billing information. If you do not receive your serial number email, check to make sure you provided a valid email address that is free of typographic errors, that is actually working and that your mail system or your ISP's mail system is not filtering out emails from manifold.net as spam or other unwanted email.
If you have any doubts about the ability of your email address to receive email without interference from spam filters or filtering by the organization that administers your email, please review the information in the Email Problems page.
General Terms and Conditions
Customs Fees and Taxes: The customer agrees to pay all customs fees, taxes or other government fees. Manifold collects no government fees or taxes.
Customs Declarations: No customs declarations or other paperwork will be provided for downloaded products or serial numbers.
Invoices: Manifold does not ship hard copy invoices. An invoice is sent by email to the email address provided for the order. Please print out that email invoice for a hard copy invoice.
Other Paperwork or Forms: To keep prices low for all customers in factory-direct transactions, Manifold provides no other paperwork or forms other than an invoice by email. If your procurement processes require some additional paperwork beyond the invoice, consider acquiring your Manifold licenses through a reseller who is already set up to provide you the paperwork you require.
